Delivery Time (Outside Dhaka): Depends on location.
Free Delivery: Usually available in Dhanmondi, Mohammadpur, Hazaribagh, Rayer Bazar, Jigatola, Green Road, and nearby areas.
Delivery Time Slot: Delivery can happen anytime during the day.
Note: Free delivery depends on product and location at our discretion.
Exchange or Return of Goods
Return Policy
We do not accept any return after the delivery person has left. Customers must inspect the product upon delivery.
We only provide service and warranty support as per manufacturer policies.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
All original components and packaging must be intact
A valid purchase receipt from our store
Warranty card must be present
A defect report from our service center must be provided
